Please note that our office in Adlershof has moved. You will now find us one floor below the old office at the Johann-von-Neumann-Haus/Haus 2, Rudower Chaussee 25, Raum 225. Office hours at Adlershof stay the same: Thursday, 10.45 am – 3 pm, only during the application period.
Everyone who asked in the application form for a cash-payment of the subsidy: We need a few days to produce all the forms for the cashier (Kasse). We will inform you here as soon as they are ready to be picked up.
Everyone who asked for a transfer of the subsidy and provided a SEPA-bank-account (IBAN|BIC): Please check the bank account number printed in the notification letter (Bescheid)! We will transfer the money to that number in the following weeks. This process will take a few weeks in the university’s administrative process – so the money will not arrive before the first week in july.
The new application period for the Wintersemester 2014/15 starts on the 2nd of June 2014, it ends on the 31st of July.

The office hours during the application period are as follows:
Monday and Friday: 12:00 – 15:30
Wednesday 12:00 – 19:00
Thursday: 10:45-15:00 (Adlershof only!)
The deadline for applications for the Summer-Semester 2014 is Febuary 28th. Please submit your application forms and if possible supporting doucuments until that date by post, email or into our postbox or personally.
If you want to use our extended deadline (March 14th), please make sure that you enclose all supporting documtents with your application.

since the first day of june 2013 you can send us your filled out application form, whether in person or by mail, post, fax, horse messenger. just don’t forget about the end of this application period on the 30th of june.
we’ll also be offering new opening hours:
mo, fr: 12:00-15:30
we: 12:00-19:00
th (in adlershof): 11:45-15:00
Since the 14th of March there is no longer a deadline.
We will no longer accept any Applications except:
– you were only currently immatriculated
– you had (provably) no possibility to file your application in the requested period + deadline
The application period is an important tool for us, for being able to finish our
calculations in a restricted timeframe.

On the 1st of March 2013 came the official application period to an end.
But there is hope in the form of an extended deadline for striving-to-be-complete
applications until the 14th of March.
January 7th marks the beginning of the new application period for Sommersemester.
The application period ends february 28nd, so better apply now ;)
