Our office is on the ground floor of HU’s main building (Hauptgebäude):

(From the lobby, take the corridor to the left, our office is right at the end before the crossing.)
Due to many cases of sickness and restructuring of the office team, we unfortunately can’t offer reliable consultation hours right now.
We’re very sorry about that and hope be able to continue more reliable phone consultation by next year.
You can, of course, still try your luck and call us. Maybe someone is at the office right then.

Outside the application period (March to May and August to December):
Monday: 12:00 – 15:30
Wednesday: 12.00 – 19.00
During the application period (January to February and June to July)
Monday and Friday: 12.00-15.30
Wednesday 12.00-19.00 We open our extra office in Adlershof in the Johann-von-Neumann-Haus/Haus 2, Rudower Chaussee 25, Room 225 only in the application-period (January to February and June to July) on Thursdays 10:45 – 15:00 Uhr.
