Ticket unreadable

Unfortunatly especially the first version of the CampusCard becomes increasingly unreadable over time.

In case your ticket is unreadable please contact the StudierendenServiceCenter (SSC) under: https://www.hu-berlin.de/en/studies/compass.-the-central-information-service-en/form?set_language=en, attach a photograph of your ticket and kindly ask for a replacement.

You will receive an QR code on agnes, which then can be used to create a new card at the  card printing terminal. Please note: after creating your ticket you will have to use the card validation terminal and you need an appointment for that! (appointments can be made under: https://agnes.hu-berlin.de/kmsdt)
