danke an euch alle für eure Geduld und euer Verständnis (und das fleißige Schicken von Adress-und Bankänderungen). Wir wissen, wie frustrierend es ist so lange warten zu müssen, gerade wenn man selbst viele Sorgen und Nöte hat. Wir können endlich zeitnah den Bescheidedruck angehen und werden danach nahtlos weitermachen. Leider arbeiten wir schon wieder komplett reduziert, aber wir sind trotzdem guter Dinge weiter Zeit aufholen zu können. Vorher gehen aber auch wir in die wohlverdienten Weihnachtsferien vom 22.12.25 bis zum 02.01.26.

Wir wünschen euch allen ein schönes Fest (falls ihr feiert) und einen guten Rutsch.

Dear all,

Thank you all for your patience and understanding (and for diligently sending us your address and bank details changes). We know how frustrating it is to have to wait so long, especially when you have a lot of worries and needs of your own. We can finally start printing the notifications in a timely manner and will then continue seamlessly. Unfortunately, we are still working at reduced capacity, but we are nevertheless optimistic that we will be able to catch up. Before that, however, we will be taking our well-deserved Christmas vacation from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026.

We are currently receiving daily emails about numerous problems with the ticket app. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP YOU WITH THIS. We only process applications for subsidies for the Germany semester ticket. We do not have access to AGNES, do not issue chip cards, and unfortunately cannot do anything if the display in the ticket app is not working. We understand your annoyance and frustration, but we are simply the wrong place to contact. For further information, please check the S-Bahn website and the homepage of the Referat für Umwelt und Ökologie, where you will always find the latest information.
