    Hier findest Du eine bebilderte Anleitung für das Deutschlandsemesterticket.

    1. Wie komme ich an das Deutschlandsemesterticket?

    Registriere dich hier https://www.abo-antrag.de/de/Studium
    und lade dir die S-Bahn Berlin App herunter.

    2. Wo gilt das Ticket?

    Das Deutschlandsemesterticket gilt wie das reguläre Deutschlandticket im ÖPNV in (fast) ganz Deutschland, sowie teilweise bis zu Grenzbahnhöfen im Ausland und außerdem in einigen Fernzügen. Aktuelle Infos dazu können u.a. direkt bei der S-Bahn eingesehen werden (https://sbahn.berlin/tickets/alle-tickets/schueler-azubis-studenten/deutschlandsemesterticket/).

    3. Kann ich mein Fahrrad, Hund(e), Kind(er), mit dem Ticket kostenlos mitnehmen?

    Die Fahrradmitnahme ist leider nicht mehr kostenfrei möglich, hierzu muss ein Zusatzticket erworben werden. Hunde können im Verbundbereich des VBB konstenfrei mitgenommen werden. Kinder unter 6 Jahren fahren kostenfrei, eine kostenfreie Mitnahme älterer Kinder ist nicht inkludiert. Auch hier möchten wir auf die Seite der S-Bahn verweisen: Zum einen der Hinweis auf die Mitnahmeregelungen der S-Bahn und die Möglichkeiten der Fahrradmitnahme.

    4. Welche technischen Voraussetzungen werden benötigt?

    Das Deutschlandsemesterticket ist ein rein digitales Ticket. Ihr könnt das Ticket über alle technischen Geräte mit Internetanschluss abrufen und ausschließlich über die S-Bahn-Berlin-App abrufen. Am einfachsten ist es deshalb, wenn ihr das Deutschlandsemesterticket auf euer Smartphone ladet, die S-Bahn-Berlin-App nutzt, und notfalls eine Power-Bank mitführt. Theoretisch kann es aber auch über Tablet, Laptop etc. abgerufen werden.

    5. Ich habe kein Smartphone

    Das Deutschlandsemesterticket ist eigentlich ein rein digitales Web-Ticket, dass über S-Bahn-Berlin-App digital in Kombination mit einem amtlichen Lichtbildausweis vorgezeigt werden muss.

    Theoretisch sollte es auch möglich sein, das Ticket auf einem Tablet oder Laptop über die S-Bahn-Berlin-App zu speichern.

    6. Ich bin durch die Beitragszahlung in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Gibt es da Hilfe?

    Ja! Die Studierendenschaft hat einen Sozialfonds, um Studierenden in finanziellen Schwierigkeiten die (Teil-)Kosten des Semestertickets zu erstatten. Dazu könnt ihr einen Antrag beim Semesterticketbüro stellen. Die Antragsformulare findet ihr hier. 

    Besonders, wenn ihr Sozialleistungen bezieht und z.B. Anrecht auf das 19€-Sozialticket habt, kann es sich lohnen, einen Antrag zu stellen, da die Wahrscheinlichkeit in diesem Fall hoch ist, dass der Antrag angenommen wird und ihr einen Zuschuss erhaltet.
    Da jeder Antrag individuell geprüft wird, könnt ihr aber immer, wenn ihr gerade finanzielle Probleme habt (egal ob ihr Sozialleistungen bezieht oder nicht), einen Antrag beim Semesterticketbüro stellen.

    Die Semesterticketanträge werden dann im Laufe des Semesters bearbeitet und die bewilligten Zuschüsse dann gegen Ende des Sommersemesters/Anfang des Wintersemesters ausgezahlt. 

    7. Muss ich trotzdem meine Campus-Card aktualisieren?

    Ja. Dies ist z.B. für die Mensa oder Studi-Rabatte relevant. Also immer dann, wenn ihr nachweisen müsst, dass ihr studiert.

    Die CampusCard beinhaltet NICHT das Deutschlandsemesterticket und dient nicht als Nachweis, dass ihr ein Semesterticket habt. Das Deutschlandsemesterticket ist ein rein digitales Web-Ticket das nur über S-Bahn-App abrufbar ist und muss bei Kontrollen digital und in Kombination mit einem amtlichen Lichtbildausweis vorgezeigt werden. 

    8. Gilt das Deutschlandsemesterticket auch für Promotionsstudierende?

    Ja. Eine Befreiung ist nicht möglich. 

    9. Was ist mit Studierenden in Teilzeit? 

    Studierende in 25%-Teilzeit sind nicht berechtigt das Semesterticket zu beziehen.
    Studierende in 50%- und 75%-Teilzeit sind berechtigt.     Eine Befreiung aufgrund der Teilzeit (egal wie viel Prozent) ist nicht möglich.

    10. Ich bin fertig mit dem Studium. Kann ich mir die Gebühr für das Semesterticket rückerstatten lassen? 

    Ja, sobald du exmatrikuliert wirst, verfällt das Semesterticket und du kannst dir nicht genutzte Monate rückerstatten lassen. Wende dich hierfür bitte an das Immatrikulationsbüro. 

    11. Wie bezahle ich für das Deutschlandsemesterticket? 

    Der Preis liegt bei 208,80€ (34,80€ pro Monat) und ist in den Rückmeldegebühren enthalten. Du zahlst also bereits für das Deutschlandsemesterticket mit, wenn du deine Rückmeldegebühren begleichst.
     
    12. Bei mir erscheint bei die Fehlermeldung "Feherhafte Daten"/"Kein Angebot". 
     
    Hast du bei der Anmeldung einer Übermittlung deiner Daten in vollen Umfang zugestimmt? Wenn du einzelne Attribute, wie z.B. Berechtigtenstatus und/oder das Geburtsdatum abgewählt hast, kann das Ticket nicht ausgestellt werden.
    Du musst einer Datenübermittlung also in vollem Umfang zustimmen.
    Dazu musste du dich neu auf der Seite anmelden (dazu ggf. Browser wechseln oder Cookies löschen) und unter dem Feld, wo du dich mit deinen AGNES-Daten anmeldest den Haken "Zustimmungserklärung zurücksetzen" setzen.  Dann kannst du erneut auswählen, welche Daten übermittelt werden sollen. Hier wählst du aus, dass alle übermittelt werden. 
     
    13. Ich finde das Ticket doof, kann ich es zurückgeben? 
     
    Nein, das geht leider nicht. Das Semesterticket ist ein Ticket im Solidarmodell. Das heißt, dass alle Studierenden gemeinsam für den Preis aufkommen, damit die Leistung für alle deutlich billiger wird.
    Eine antragsbasierte Befreiung von der Bezugspflicht ist ausschließlich für die folgenden Studierendengruppen möglich:
    - Schwerbehinderte Studierende, die nach dem SGB IX Anspruch auf Beförderung haben und den Besitz des Beiblattes zum Schwerbehindertenausweis und der zugehörigen Wertmarke nachweisen
    - Studierende, die mit einem ärztlichen Attest nachweisen können, dass sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen das Semesterticket nicht nutzen können.
    - Studierende, die sich auf Grund ihres Studiums, eines Praxissemesters, eines Auslandssemesters oder im Rahmen der Abschlussarbeit für mindestens drei zusammenhängende Monate des jeweiligen Semesters außerhalb des Geltungsbereichs des Deutschlandsemestertickets aufhalten.
    - Studierende, die an einer weiteren Hochschule im Bundesgebiet immatrikuliert sind und das Deutschlandsemesterticket bereits über diese Hochschule beziehen. 
     
    14.  Ich bin nicht berechtigt, das Deutschlandsemesterticket zu beziehen. Was mache ich jetzt? 
     
    Du musst dir leider selbst ein Ticket kaufen. Vielleicht arbeitest du ja und kommst über deinen Arbeitgeber an ein Jobticket. Ansonsten müsstest du mal BVG-Angebote und Deutschlandticket vergleichen. 
    Deine Rückmeldegebühren sollten eigentlich bei ca. 147€ gelegen haben. Falls du 355,80€ gezahlt hast und nicht berechtigt bist, das Ticket zu beziehen, wende dich bitte an den Studierendenservice.
     
    Nicht berechtigt das Deutschlandsemesterticket zu beziehen sind folgende Gruppen: 
     
    - Studierende im Fernstudium
    - Beurlaubte Studierende

    1. How do I get the Deutschlandsemesterticket?
     
    The Deutschlandsemesterticket is available via a link. You can register for it here: https://www.abo-antrag.de/de/Studium.

    2. Where is the ticket valid?
     
    Like the regular Deutschlandticket, the Deutschlandsemesterticket is valid on public transport in (almost) all of Germany, as well as some border stations abroad and also on some long-distance trains. Current information on this can be viewed directly at the S-Bahn (https://sbahn.berlin/tickets/alle-tickets/schueler-azubis-studenten/deutschlandsemesterticket/).
     
    3. Can I take my bicycle, dog(s), child(ren) with me on the ticket free of charge?
     
    Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to take a bicycle with you free of charge; an additional ticket must be purchased. A single dog can travel free of charge within the VBB area. Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge, but older children are not included. Here, too, we would like to refer you to the website of the S-Bahn: The property regulations and the one for taking bikes on board.

    4. What technical requirements are needed?
     
    The Deutschlandsemesterticket is a purely digital ticket. You can access the ticket on all technical devices with an internet connection and store it the S-Bahn-App, for example. The easiest way to do this is to load the Deutschlandsemesterticket and S-Bahn-App onto your smartphone and use it that way. Theoretically, however, it can also be accessed via tablet, laptop, etc.
     
    5. I don't have a smartphone
     
    The Deutschlandsemesterticket is a purely digital web ticket and must also be presented digitally via the S-Bahn-App in combination with an official photo ID.

    Theoretically, it should also be possible to save the ticket in a wallet on a tablet or laptop via the S-Bahn-Berlin-App.

    6. I have gotten into financial difficulties due to paying the fees. Is there any help?
     
    Yes, the student body has a social fund to reimburse students in financial difficulties for the (partial) cost of the semester ticket. You can submit an application to the semester ticket office. You can find the application forms here: https://www.refrat.de/semtix/wordpress/formulare/. 
     
    Especially if you receive social benefits and, for example, are entitled to the €19 social ticket, it may be worth submitting an application, as there is a high probability that the application will be accepted and you will receive a subsidy.
    However, as each application is assessed individually, you can always submit an application to the semester ticket office if you are currently experiencing financial hardship (regardless of whether you receive social benefits or not).
     
    The semester ticket applications are then processed during the semester and the approved grants are then paid out towards the end of the summer semester/beginning of the winter semester. 
     
    7. Do I still have to update my Campus Card?
     
    The CampusCard does NOT include the Deutschlandsemesterticket and does not serve as proof that you have a semester ticket. The Deutschlandsemesterticket is a purely web ticket and must be presented digitally via the S-Bahn-App and in combination with an official photo ID during checks. 
     
    The Campus Card must still be updated and will then have the imprint "01.04.25-30.09.25 summer semester". This is relevant for the canteen or student discounts, for example. So whenever you have to prove that you are studying.
     
    8. Does the Deutschlandsemesterticket also apply to doctoral students?
     
    Yes, doctoral students are entitled - but also obliged - to purchase the Deutschlandsemesterticket. Unfortunately, exemption is not possible. 
     
    9. What about part-time students? 
     
    Part-time students are also entitled - and obliged - to purchase the Deutschlandsemesterticket. Unfortunately, exemption is also not possible.
     
    Students in 25% part-time are not entitled to the Deutschlandsemesterticket. Students in 50% and 75% part-time are obliged to purchase the Deutschlandsemesterticket. 
     
    10. I have finished my studies. Can I have the fee for the semester ticket refunded? 
     
    As soon as you have been exmatriculated, you can and may no longer use the semester ticket. You can have unused months refunded. Please contact the Enrolment Office (Immatrikulationsbüro) for this. 
     
    11. How do I pay for the Deutschlandsemesterticket? 
     
    The price for the Deutschlandsemesterticket is €208,80 (€34,80 per month) and is included in the re-registration fees. This means that you are already paying for the Deutschlandsemesterticket when you pay your re-registration fees.
     
    12. the error message "Incorrect data"/"No offer" appears for me. 
     
    Did you agree to your data being transmitted in full when you registered? If you have deselected individual attributes, such as authorisation status and/or date of birth, the ticket cannot be issued.
    You must therefore give your full consent to the transfer of data.
    To do this, you must log in to the site again (change browser or delete cookies if necessary) and tick the box "Reset declaration of consent" under the field where you log in with your AGNES data.  You can then select again which data should be transmitted. Here you select that all data will be transmitted. 
     
    13. I think the ticket is stupid, can I return it? 
     
    No, unfortunately you can't. The semester ticket is based on a solidarity model. This means that all students pay the price together so that the service is significantly cheaper for everyone.
    An application-based exemption from the obligation to purchase the ticket is only possible for the following groups of students:
    - Severely disabled students who are entitled to transport in accordance with SGB IX and can prove that they are in possession of the supplementary sheet to their severely disabled pass and the corresponding token
    - Students who can prove with a medical certificate that they are unable to use the semester ticket for health reasons
    - Students who spend at least three consecutive months of the respective semester outside the area of validity of the Deutschlandsemesterticket due to their studies, a practical semester, a semester abroad or as part of their final thesis
    - Students who are enrolled at another university in Germany and already receive the Deutschlandsemesterticket through this university. 
     
    14. I am not entitled to the Deutschlandsemesterticket. What do I do now? 
     
    Unfortunately, you have to buy a ticket yourself. Maybe you work and can get a job ticket through your employer. Otherwise, you should compare BVG offers and the Germany ticket.
    Your re-registration fees should actually have been around €147. If you paid €355.40 and are not entitled to receive the ticket, please contact the student service center.
     
    The following user groups are not entitled to receive the Deutschlandsemesterticket.
     
    - Students in distance learning
    - Students on leave of absence
