The Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection is currently in
\nexchange with the HU Student Services, the Semesterticket B\u00fcro and the
\nDepartment of Finance to work out a solution that is as unbureaucratic
\nas possible, internal to the HU and compliant with data protection laws.
\nThe reimbursement (per month of EUR23.30, i.e. a total of up to EUR69.90
\nfor three months) by the VBB is planned for October 2022. The sum cannot
\nbe paid out by Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin before then.
\nMore detailed information on how to apply for a refund via AGNES will be
\nsent to you during the semester break in a joint newsletter from the
\nStudent Council and the Department of Student Service, which organizes
\nthe processing of the refunds. In addition, we will publish updates
\nregularly on this website.
\nWe would like to ask for your patience. You do *not* need to apply for a
\npartial refund of your s emester ticket in advance by sending an email
\nto the Student Service Department and\/or the Semester Ticket Office. We
\nthank you for not sending us individual requests, but for informing
\nyourself via the homepage.
\nShould you leave the HU (prematurely) within the summer semester 2022
\n(exmatriculation, etc.), your application for exmatriculation will also
\nbe considered as an application for a refund in connection with the 9EUR
\nticket. You will also receive a refund of
\nup to EUR69.90 in October 2022 at the earliest to the account from which
\nyou paid the fees for the summer semester 2022.<\/p>\n
